Spencer

Spencer is the owner of Yeti Adventures and he has extensive experience in the backcountry of the Crowsnest Pass. On days he is not working you will find Spencer out mountain biking, hiking or during the winter on the snow looking for that perfect telemark run. In addition to those mentioned above Spencer is also involved in activities like cross-country, and alpine skiing, fly-fishing, backpacking and snowshoeing.

Spencer is a certified avalanche safety trainer with the Canadian Avalanche Association and has an extensive background in wilderness and remote first aid. In addition, he has a good background in backcountry risk assessment and is qualified on the use of ropes. Spencer is also a member of the Search and Rescue team based in Sparwood, British Columbia. Spencer has a respect or the environment around him and life-long experience in the Crowsnest backcountry.
