Once
you enter the trail next to campsite number 45 of the Allison Lake Campground
you see the first of many trail signs. At each trail junction there continues to
be trail signs. Also along the trail are great vantage points of Crowsnest
Mountain and Mount Tecumseh. Once at the turn around the trail goes into an open
where Senator Peter MacLean had a lumber mill in the late 1880s. In addition to
the Mill Run there are numerous trails for Mountain Biking and Cross-Country
Skiing. The trails are groomed during the winter for Cross-Country Skiing.
