Liability Statement

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause and for missing items, and we reserve the right to bill their credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit amount may be required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 100% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received. If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date *no charge if able to fill the vacancy; *1 night rate for a single night reservation, or 100% of total account for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy. With last minute cancellation or “no show”: 1 night rate for a single night reservation 100% of total account for multiple night reservation if you do not show or cancel with 72 hours of the reservation.

1 week cancellation notice is required for July and August, and Christmas to New Year.

Check In Time

Check in time for our guests is no later than 10:00 pm or we can refuse the room but still bill you unless you have made special arrangements ahead of time.

Please Respect our other guests who may be sleeping.

Dogs

We do not accept dogs but we would be pleased to arrange boarding at a local kennel.

Perfumed Products

We respectfully request that guest do not use perfumed products in our home as we have many people staying with us who are sensitive to these products. We supply high quality perfume free personal care products for our guests to use.
