The Crowsnest Pass has a strong and rich culture. Art and culture are strong aspects of the Crowsnest Pass' history which features everything from the photography of the Gushul family in their studios in Blairmore, to Orchestras, to the current artist in resident programs at the restored Gushul Studios. Art has always played a part in the Crowsnest Pass and today, there is an artisan fair on Saturdays in the summer in the Bellevue campground along with numerous artists residing in the Pass. The town of Frank is home to the Crowsnest Pass Allied Arts Council which hosts numerous shows throughout the year.
The Crowsnest Pass has two branches of the Chinook Arch Library System located in Bellevue and Blairmore respectively and every summer during July's Rum-Runner Days it reaches back to its musical roots with the Music on the Mountain Festival at Pass Powderkeg.
